These terms govern your use of AIAgeParent.com and, once enrollment opens, the AI Age Parent course ("the course"). By using the site or purchasing the course, you agree to them.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. We will email you about enrollment, the sample workout, and launch updates. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
The course and your license
The Family License grants one household a personal, non-transferable license to use the course materials with the children in your care. It includes the 10-week curriculum, parent scripts, child workouts, templates, and one year of updates. You may print and adapt materials for use within your own family. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish the materials, or use them to deliver paid programs to other families. Schools, coaches, and organizations should contact us about a separate license.
Refunds
If the course is not a fit for your family, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No forms, no questions. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.
Parent supervision and child safety
The course is designed for parents. All child-facing activities are intended to be done with a parent or caregiver present. AI tools referenced in the course have their own age requirements and terms — you are responsible for following them, for supervising your child's use of any AI tool, and for never entering your child's personal information into AI tools. Nothing in the course requires a child to have their own account with any AI service.
Not professional advice
The course offers educational content and parenting practices. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional help where that is needed.
No guaranteed outcomes
We believe in this system, but no course can guarantee specific academic, career, or financial outcomes for your child. What we promise is a clear, practical structure for consistent family practice.
Intellectual property
All site and course content is owned by AI Age Parent and protected by copyright. The license above is your only right to use it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or the course is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the actions of third-party AI services referenced in the materials.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting purchasers will be announced by email.
